Typically, we are able to complete our daily backflow tests without even bothering our clients. However, if your backflow is located in your home or in your garage you will be given an appointment time to meet with George so he can complete your backflow test. All other outdoor backflow tests are given backflow testing days, not appointment times.

Yes. Per Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 333-061-070 and District Rules and Regulations, all approved backflow prevention assemblies must be maintained and tested at least once per 12-month period to protect the public water system. This is why we report to your local city official.

Yes, as a free service to all our clients you can pay your invoice online, no extra charge with any debit or major credit card or you can mail a check. Payment is due upon receipt.

George Johnson is licensed in all aspects of backflow services and irrigation services. We also provide yearly irrigation services, such as irrigation start-ups every Spring and irrigation winterizations every Fall. George is great at leak detection and is licensed to make irrigation repairs.

Absolutely! Our work phone is 541-570-0563 you can call or text anytime. (even after hours.) Irrigation leaks or breaks aren't always during business hours, and we understand that. We do charge emergency fees based on the call, especially for evenings and weekends. That would be a case-by-case situation.
